Cap/Window Assemblies
Because of our high volume production of cap window assemblies we can offer our standard cap window assemblies at prices that reflect volume production.
We have been making cap window assemblies for detectors, sources and calibration gas cells since 1986 and have developed efficient and high quality processes and equipment for making the hermetic seals.
In addition to the standard cap windows, custom assemblies with windows or filters of your choice are available. Different aperture sizes and cap heights are also available.
Each window or filter is hermetically sealed to the cap. The assemblies are helium leak tested to assure leak rates are less than 1E -08 cc/sec at the window to cap joint.

Questions we will ask to insure product satisfaction:
- What will be the maximum operating/process temperature?
- What will be the duration of maximum temperature?
- Will a weld or epoxy process be used for the cap to header joint?
- Is serialization required?
